About This Site

RebelMouse's infrastructure has built-in redundancies and failover routing to ensure optimal performance and uptime. But the product weaves together the social web which depends on many changing factors including bugs from 3rd parties at social giants, infrastructure giants, ad networks etc. The RebelMouse team is built for global 24/7 coverage to identify and adapt to issues and opportunities and be a continuously iterating platform.

Once we are aware of an issue that may be impacting your site performance, we will post notices and provide updates on this page. If you are experiencing issues and do not see a notice posted, or feel you have potentially useful information to share with our team, please email status@rebelmouse.com.

Feb 14, 02:05 EST
Scheduled - We're going to upgrade MySQL cluster to newer version on Friday night / Saturday morning starting at 2 AM EST. This is an important upgrade for security reasons and will also provide performance benefits.

Editors should anticipate a 15 minute window where writing new posts or updating existing posts won't work. This specific window will start at about 3AM. We will send an update when its all clear for editorial features.

During the 4 hour window we expect some up and down of features and some latency as we switch between clusters.

We do not anticipate this to have any impact on public pages or reader experiences.
